Breakfast to Dinner to keep your energy level at max for whole day.

  1. Say Good Morning with a Fresh Lemon & Honey Juice: Mix one lemon juice & spoonful of honey in one glass of warm water
  2. Breakfast: List of some quick & easy healthy breakfasts
    • Youghurt with fresh fruits
    • Mung Dal Porridge khichdi
    • Idli with Sambar
    • Indian Poha
    • Vegetable Sandwich with Black coffee/ Green Tea
  3. Post Breakfast Snacks
    • Handful of Sprouts Salad
    • Fruits: Orange, Apple, Papaya, Guava or Combination of all fruits in Chaat
    • Vegetable Juice
  4. Lunch
    • Vegetable Soup with Chappatis
    • Salad, Curd, Dal & Brown Rice
  5. Evening Snacks
    • Handful of nuts
    • Fruits
    • Green Leafy Sandwich (small)
    • Green Tea with Peanuts
  6. Dinner
    • Salad, One seasonal Vegetable & Chappati
    • Salad, Bread & Leafy vegetable
